The service from the staff made you feel like you were at a 5 star hotel.

No beach, however just steps from the water and floating rafts made up for it!

The staff was very friendly and the wifi worked across the whole resort. Also nice are the freely available sunscreen lotions

The building looked like it was falling apart. Panels in the elevator were loose, panel in our bathroom came fully loose and fell, the desk chair was really too old but most of all.... I had indicated when booking the reservation that we needed 3 des for 3 adults. Instead, they only do max 2 beds per room, so a 3rd bed was never an option. This hotel should not have popped up as a potential solution for us

Customer Service provided by hotel employees at the front desk, check-in. The amenities available and easy pool and beach access. As well as food options in the main lobby (restaurants and bar) and Concierge to assist with booking excursions.

Furniture in rooms are a lil outdated but theyre going through renovations so that may change.

My room was awful , bath was cracked and poorly repaired. Cockerel waking me up 5am everyday , room was older than my grandparents.

You may hesitate because theres no sandy beach, but this hotel was perfect regardless! The location was close to everything - even walking distance to other restaurants like Peppers which everyone must try! The hotel was well maintained and clean. So were all the other facilities. But what stood out the most were the staff members. They went above and beyond and were always so friendly!! Specifically Neil who was super attentive and even remembered us all by name after the first introduction. I would book this again in a heart beat!

Nothing - everything was honestly perfect.

This was our third stay and I specifically asked for a 1st floor room near the hot tub. We were assigned room 126 which was our room on our 1st stay so We were extremely happy with the room. It made for a delightful beginning to our vacation. Also, the buffet breakfast was excellent. The service around the pool was excellent. Neal was our favorite. He was super helpful and attentive.

We were sorry to see that the beach had been eroded by hurricane impacts. There was some disappointment that we would not be able to lounge on the beach. I would not say that it detracted from our overall experience and it was missed. The dinner menu inhouse was less than stellar.

very nice building, very nice employees, great food. Room was good size. All staff very helpful. Would recommend it.

Not up to you, but really no beach left. I was just recuperating from total knee surgery and very difficult to get down to the little bit of beach that was left. Felt it was very dangerous without any railing and steep steps.
