This hotel is old, needs update, the bed makes so much noise if you turn on side, we couldn't sleep as the noise through springs in the bed makes loud noise.at least about one of the queen bed in our room. Management couldn't offer extension to our stay as the hotel seems to be very busy.
Location
For $880 for two nights I shouldn’t have to hear the hotels music from the pool bar in my room
The rooftop, heated pool was why we booked at the Radisson. They only had 1 waiter the majority of the evening on the rooftop when there were roughly 50 people, so service was slow for dinner and drinks. We had a great time enjoying the pool with ample lounge chairs and a perfectly heated pool.
The room is inadequate for the price tag. We got a two-queen room. The fridge did not have a freezer unit, and the front desk said a freezer was not available for guests within the hotel. They said they would call back after looking into it and never did. The room is large enough for night stands on all sides of the bed but there was only 1 in the middle and no plug ins on the outside edges. They also have water stations to refill on every floor, but the carafe is quite small, and ice is only available on every other floor. It was inconvenient to have to navigate that for a glass of ice water.
The views were gorgeous, nice comfortable bed.
They have alchemist bottles attached to the shower, shampoo empty, body wash empty, some conditioner. Told they will bring carafe of drinking water never saw it. Coffee pod machine takes ages for it to fill your cup. Line up to check in took ages, then they wanted a credit card for security, we only had debit cards
