This was the first time, I stayed in here. Absolutely, i will stay here again after couple of months, probably for the christmas time. They upgraded my room without asking, Furthermore, they satisfied all my demands for the room. The reception and the concierge , they were all so kind and helpful. .Special thanks to Vanessa and İlker. By them, I never felt myself alone. They were so close and friendly. I m so happy to meet with them. The location is perfect, you can walk to center and touristical places easily. If you want to use common transport, the main station is 2 minutes by walk. They have a own desert which I bought, is delicious. I love the restaurant and bar also.

We stayed for two nights in the Elizabeth Suite as part of our honeymoon from Japan. The hotel is located right next to the Musikverein, offering excellent access to the city center. The lobby and hallways are luxurious, and just walking through them was a delight. Of course, the room was meticulously maintained, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Although we had only informed the hotel in advance that we were on our honeymoon, they prepared several unexpected surprises for us, which made our stay truly unforgettable. We timed our stay to coincide with the one-year anniversary of our wedding and had dinner at the on-site restaurant, Opus. Our server, Caroline, was incredibly friendly and made an effort to speak in a way we could understand, even though our English isn’t strong. She also selected wines that paired perfectly with the course meal, and we had a wonderful evening. Thank you very much. We also visited the café and bar, both of which had a great atmosphere and were very stylish. We weren't able to fully express our gratitude due to the language barrier, but it was the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. If we have another chance to visit Vienna, we would love to stay here again.
It’s true that the price is higher compared to other hotels. However, considering the quality of service and the unforgettable memories we gained, it was well worth it.
