The room exceeded expectations. Spacious and fresh with lovely nick nacks and a great bathroom. Warm welcome from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delicious fresh breakfast. Great location.

A beautiful ryad with well kept furniture and furnishing and a roof top restaurant for breakfast with the option of eating inside or outside depending on the weather. Excellent staff and the manger arranged a dinner reservation for us which we really enjoyed.

The side street to reach the ryad a little difficult to find without google maps and it's not the cleanest

I liked how clean the property was. I enjoyed that the property was in a quiet location and that meant I got a good nights sleep, it was near the bus station. The staff were lovely especially the manager Hyatt who went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. She made a fire for me, arranged for my bags to be transported to the bus station at no extra cost and an electric blanket for the bed. She made the stay feel like I was at a home rather than a hotel. As a woman travelling alone I felt she went out of her way to help me and make my stay comfortable and easier! She is amazing and had great attitude to customer service. Thank you Hyatt for making my stay wonderful I can't wait to return!

Breathtaking and colorful Riad, AMAZING service, beautiful and spacious rooms, perfectly located. Really enjoyed this place!! It was a blast.

I Couldnt recommend this lovely Riad enough. I was just by myself and the all the ladies made me feel so welcome as soon as I arrived and could not do enough to help me and make me feel at home. The breakfast was beautiful, which is served up on the terrace with a lovely view. The room was also beautiful with little lovely little touches such as shampoo, shower gel, fresh filtered water everyday, rose water spray and amenities. and there is a laundry service too which is super handy. I wish I could have stayed here longer. The best place I have stayed in for a long time! There is also a beautiful cat called Yoda who will come and join you for breakfast and lounge around in the sun waiting for cuddles Thank you so much for a beautiful stay I will definitely return here when I come back.

Hotel Manager Fathia and staff are extremly friendly and support in every situation. The hotel is very comfortable in a very cosy style. Very nice experience!

The people are wonderful. We felt very welcome and at home. They are so helpful and kind.

The decor is so nice. Im an interior stylist by trade and loved it.
