Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very very good. Nice spacious room. Common areas very inviting. Location is very good - to our preferences at least. An out of town resort close to national parks, but tot too far away from city location.
I felt the resort was a bit too pricy, relative to comparable places. Maintenance could have been improved, definitely in light of the prices.
Location, staff, food.
Nothing
The lazy river was fun.
Minimal signage. Hard to find your way around with various levels of rooms and amenities. We dined at Passagio. Very disappointed in dinner. We had the chicken parmesan. It was a big piece of dry chicken covered in a flavorless tomato sauce. No pasta. Overpriced. Same with the breakfast buffet. I couldn’t believe how dry and tasteless the baked goods were on the continental breakfast bar. I know you can’t do everything perfectly. The hotel is nice and the grounds are beautiful. The Lazy River was a hit.
It’s fabulous everywhere you look! Clean and wonderful facilities. A beautiful restaurant reasonably priced with excellent food. Love this for summer or year round.
