Great hotel, with good facilities and easy access to down town Vegas
Clean, comfortable, great bathroom, good views
Check in was a nightmare. Online check in did not work for me, and it took an hour to check in. As the pool closed at 6pm the long queue meant that we were unable to use the pool
The rooms were clean the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the pool area.
I was really looking forward to a convenient and relaxing stay, but unfortunately, this hotel fell short in several areas. Many of the systems designed to make things easier simply didn’t work. For example, the “Skip the Line” self check-in was completely useless—I couldn’t get my room key and still had to stand in the long line to check in. Trying to use valet was another hassle. Every time tried to request our car using the valet ticket from our room it gave us an error and see we needed to go see the valet attendant so we always had to go downstairs in person, hand over our physical ticket, and wait. Housekeeping was also lacking. Our room wasn’t properly stocked—no lotion (just an empty bottle), and the Kleenex box was completely empty. Even after housekeeping refreshed the room, none of these supplies were replenished. I also forgot my pillow in the room after checking out. My daughter was still staying at the hotel, and I asked if she could pick it up for me. They refused, saying I had to come in personally to retrieve it. That policy felt unnecessarily strict and unhelpful. At the pool, service was extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes for one drink, and had to ask our server five times before finally getting a cup of ice. And finally, after checking out, I never received a portfolio of my charges via email as promised. Now I have to call the hotel again just to get a copy of my bill.
Excellent staff, customer service, very clean, great view, location greatthey value you and needs.
Everything about this resort is luxurious. To start with, Ken at the reception desk has helped in check-in and updated our room to high floor and two queen beds. Room was spacious, has big view window with a city view. New LED TV for the entertainment, with surround sound features. Washroom is based on Golden/white marble theme. Rain and hand-held shower with good water pressure. FYI: if you don’t want to see a surprise in your final bill at the check-out, make sure you do not pick up the snacks from the snack tray and any drink from the fridge as they are placed on the sensor trays and if you are not managed to place the item back on the sensor within 30 seconds, you will be billed $25 for the restocking. Lifts are quick and fast. We really loved the swim zone, very nicely built multiple pools, kids friendly and a spa pool sit and relax. Towels are free. Swim guards are always available at all pools. Pools are not deep, are up-to 4.5 feet deep. Everything at the resort is cash-less, if you order food at the swimming pools, it will deducted from your security deposit. Even at the convenience store in front of the lift zone is not taking cash.
