Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

Right on the beach at Waikiki. Lots of things to do. We had an updated room - really nice renovation. The adult only infinity pool was a hit with us

The only thing I didn’t like was the waterproof/rubber backed mattress protector. It made the bed less comfortable than it could have been. Oh and our pillows were lumpy , I could have rung for new ones but we made do as only there for 3 nights.

The lights in the room were excellent, especially the vanity desk.

There were many garbage bags around the area. This was not the hotel’s fault. The people in the rooms left trash around the elevator and in front of their rooms. It is sad that people do this for such a nice hotel.

Location, setting (pools, beach, shops, restaurants) was excellent.Room was very quiet, good TV and wifi.

Everything very expensive. Tipping mostly 20% as ‘suggested’. Poolside seating never available. Toilet/cistern faulty (but fixable) at times.

Everything about the property was great. Prime location and the facilities were great.

No issue.

Location, amenities, attentive staff, beautiful views and pools.

Would have liked more access to pool seating with shade. Placement of bed near slider to lanai was tight in our double room.
