The location, hospitality, staff and almost everything is great about this hotel. This was our first visit to Canada with Quebec City being the first stop. The hotel experience in every aspect exceeded our expectations!

The location is amazing! Staying here will likely mean you won't need to travel anywhere other than by foot. I highly recommend the walking tours.
The rooms are small and lack space for storing clothes. A long stay could drive you crazy in such a small space.
