I was happy with it
the shower head has no pressure
The location is great to visit anywhere in midtown
The air conditioning in our room is unstable
I have stayed here years ago and had an excellent experience. This time was not the same.
I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a roll in shower- what I received was a room with 2 full size beds and a bathtub. This does not work well for a disabled person. The sheets were pulled up on the one side of one of the beds exposing a hugh stain on the side of the mattress that honestly looked like blood. There was a dirty bandaid on the floor and no mini fridge in the room. It was extremely busy out front of the hotel and on arrival no bell men out to help us in the hotel with our luggage. When leaving the next day the bell men were helpful but took a long time in bringing our luggage down on a rack to leave.
Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. After just one night, we decided to leave because the room was not clean and the sofa bed, where our child was supposed to sleep, was broken and unusable. We immediately tried to report the issue to the hotel staff but received no response. We also contacted Booking.com’s customer service, who were very helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel did not respond to them either. We found it very unfair that the hotel charged us for five nights, even though we stayed only one night under unacceptable conditions. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Great location. Staff was so helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room and great value. It felt very luxurious and we would definitely stay there again.
It's a busy corner so the valet was a little bit difficult to navigate but the the staff was right there to help.
