Motswari Private Game Reserve by NEWMARK

this was our favorite out of the 3 lodges we stayed at in the greater Kruger area. staff was amazing. our guide Jeremy was truly incredible, he really clearly went above and beyond and cared so much about his job and this made our experience so much better. food was wonderful, a feast every day!! Rooms were nice & the views from the veranda were amazing. overall a magical experience because the people went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

the only minor thing was the floor was a little dirty in the rooms (maybe it wasnt mopped?). super minor detail, not a big deal!

The game drives were excellent! We had a very knowledgable guide (Eden) and tracker (Ellie). We were able to see the Big 5 and much more! They found a pride of lions within minutes of us getting on our first game drive. Eden and Ellie were also super kind, informative and always friendly with responding to questions. I think our guide Eden was one of the most experienced ones at this reserve. The facility itself was very clean and nice. The staff was great. The food was also delicious. They had lots of different options of different foods (including lots of vegan options). I would highly recommend

I did not like that they made the staff sing and preform when bringing out the food. They also put you in a group for game drives and then you have to eat dinner with the same group. I would have preferred if they mixed the groups up so we could have socialized with other people during the trip too.

The staff was amazing! Made you feel like family! Place was beautiful! Every detail was thought out! Amazing experience!

Have no complaints!

Having been on safari a few times before, the experience simply exceeded my expectations. I would highlight our exceptional team of Hayden and Patrick. More than simply seeing the big five, which we did, it was how we saw them and their interactions: leopard, lion, wild dog, all had it in for the hyenas! The accommodation was comfortable and authentic, the food wonderful and the staff friendly. The overnight Giraffe's Nest stay is a must. We will be back

The people felt like family. Every day was a new adventure

The Game Drives with Lola & Lot were exceptional. They spent a lot of time and trouble to ensure we saw what we were interested in and were very knowledgeable. The food was plentiful and good and they catered for our parties Gluten Free needs very thoughtfully and also provided a birthday cake complete with a very memorable rendition of Happy Birthday. The location was beautiful and it was amazing to watch elephants & impala whilst lying by the pool. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
