The location is superb, the subway station is just right there in front of hotel.(Apgujeong exit3). And we can walk to Apgujeong Rodeo Street, and chic restaurant near the hotel. The hotel design is great. Bed sheet and everything is comfortable that make us sleep so well along the trip.

Just only one thing, I decided to upgrade + more paid for the room with balcony, but the hotel staff told us that the balcony is locked we cant use the balcony. So, I thought I should not upgrade the room and waste the money for this.

Excellent location with direct access from metro and on the orange line. All staff was great, polite and helpful. The room/bathroom was ok size but beautiful and comfortable. The international sockets are super useful. Lots of storage area. The separate toilet was useful with a toto toilet. Bathroom ok with standard+rain shower but with no lock. The free minibar is appreciated. Pool is ok, but like many places in korea, it requires you to wear a cap. The room service food is excellent, super tasty, hot. (unlike the breakfast)

The breakfast was only ok good, but for the prize we paid, it lacks variety and quality. Food items were often not hot. (the room service food was far better) The sink design in bathroom was not good, water often just sits on the flat base and not draining, and tiny small flies were coming out of it. The room make up team always keep changing the soaps and adding new slippers, while appreciated, it seems a little excessive and wasteful. It was above average great but not quite match the prize tag in terms of quality and details. it seems better as a business hotel rather than as a holiday hotel.

The location was very good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The indoor swimming pool was the fair size. Enjoyed the stay.

The room size was very small and the responsiveness to requests were slow. I already requested beforehand what I wanted but they didnt prepare in advance and had to request multiple times.
