No dia tentamos cancelar a reserva pelo Get Youe Guide e não conseguimos, então chamamos diretamente a empresa pelo WhatsApp mas sem sucesso, estava uma chuva torrencial e estavamos com dificuldades de pedir taxi alem de que a vista estava toda nebulosa, nao conseguimos ver nada, quando chegamos na Torre a pessoa responsavel disse que poderíamos cancelar mas como tentamos e nao conseguimos tivemos que subir para nao perder dinheiro, a pessoa responsavel pelo passeio deveria estar 24H online para nos responder e nao estava, perdemos dinheiro e nao vimos a vista.

At the time of my visit to the Shanghai Tower, the staff on site advised me to cancel my ticket because there was absolutely no visibility due to heavy fog and rain. They informed me that a refund could be requested in these circumstances. I immediately contacted the agency, sent messages explaining the situation, and even tried calling several times. I have screenshots showing all my attempts to reach them. Unfortunately, I received no response. Afraid of losing the money I had paid, I ended up using the ticket and going to the observation deck, where there was literally nothing to see. The agency only replied about five hours later, saying they had been “out of the office” and didn’t have their phone with them. This is unacceptable customer service, especially considering that the refund could only have been processed while I was still at the tower. Because of their lack of timely assistance, I lost the opportunity to receive a refund and had a very disappointing experience. I
