Birmingham: Cadbury World Entry Ticket

Spent majority of time in queues. Too expensive for what it is

My daughter (20) and I booked this to celebrate her birthday which fell over Easter so it was extremely busy. Sadly, we felt that we were in a never ending easyjet queue but never getting anywhere. The sound quality of the videos and demonstrations were poor and difficult to understand and some of the explanations whilst were interesting would be lost on smaller children. We skipped the queue for chocolate writing simply because of the queues. Better signage (so we knew what we were queuing for) along with entertainment whilst queuing would be beneficial. We really wanted to enjoy this as we love Cadburys chocolate!

The flow of the tour was good but I attended with my two small children who were most excited about going on the rides. We got to the ride and a worker quickly ushered us away saying the rides are broken, this was done in a rude manner resulting in my 5year old and 22 month old crying. There was no explanation or empathy, it ruined the whole experience.
