tour guide was fabulous very knowledgeable and funny stunning place loved the tour would thoroughly recommend
Great tour, very helpful & knowledge guide.
Tour guide was good as gave us information about the tour. Time schedule was short due to other visitors needing to get back for a flight so we felt rushed to go into the caves.
The guide was very knowledgeable and provided much information about Malaysia and its culture. I would recommend visiting Batu caves on a working day, rather than non-working day as it is very busy with locals. I, personally, would have preferred not to stop at a textile place but overall the tour was good and I also think that 1.5hrs is not enough to truly discover the 3 available caves.
I think that on a “tour” they will explain something to you. They left us an hour and a half in the Batu Caves without a guide to see them on our own. More than a tour in a transport service. A lot of time is lost between leaving everyone on the bus at their respective hotels (1 hour of the total to drop each one off). A taxi to the Batu Caves would have been better for us. At the end they take you to a textile factory that is basically for you to buy very expensive souvenirs. 0 recommendable.
I do not recommend this tour at all. Had we known it was like this, we would have gone on our own. They took us to the Batu Caves without a guide and left us there for 2 hours, which is way too long just to “look around” since no one explained anything, even though the tour was supposed to include a guide. The tour was supposed to include two more visits—one to a batik factory and another to a Hindu temple—but neither happened. One was supposedly closed that day, and the other was skipped without explanation. It also stated that an audio guide was included, but we never received one. Additionally, the tour description mentioned hotel pickup for those within a certain radius, but that was not provided either. In conclusion, none of the promised services were delivered, and we felt it was a complete waste of time.
Foi perfeita . O guia muito profissional e simpático . Valor vs servico 5 estrelas .Recomendo vivamente .
From the start was told to find Birds Nest Cafe which even cab driver didn’t know where it was . Told to turn up 30 minutes before departure and very small car turned up late and we were expected to share the car with 2 other people and squeeze into it. We didn’t go on the tour. Absolutely ridiculous situation and terrible service. We expected a mini bus at least there was no way of getting into the car as other passengers were too big anyway.
