Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, the bus ride was smooth, Segovia was amazing since we arrived around 9 with little foot traffic from other tours, the Alcazar was amazing, Toledo was amazing as well the Cathedral is to die for. Great value for the money, highly recommend.
Excellent tour, guide and coordination. They made us spend an incredible day. It's not just date and history, it's the experience of visiting the cities and taking care of the details and making the moment enjoyable. 100% recommended. José Mi thank you and deiver Santi. Best regards
The tour guide Jose was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, explaining many things at each place we visited. Improvement: better indication of the meeting point, as the bus stopped a little further ahead because there was no parking space where it was indicated.
Nos encantó Sevilla, queríamos almorzar Cochinillo pues nos lo habían recomendado mucho pero lastimosamente aún no estaban abiertos los restaurantes…para una próxima vez, el guía José formidable
Best tour ever. Lots of rich history and cathedral.
Muy buena explicación de Diana nuestra guía
The trip was amazing, very well organized, enjoyed every moment. Our guide Jose (or Juan) was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all the questions of the group, and made our experience unforgettable. Toledo is beautiful as much as the Segovia. Definitely worth visiting!
Segovia, Toledo, Alcazar, & the Cathedral themselves were incredible. The bus ride was easy and smooth. However, we were VERY disappointed with our tour guide who seemed very careless about my dad’s condition. To be clear, before you buy this tour, note that it is NOT, I repeat NOT ADA friendly. We were told before purchasing that the tour would be fine so long as we had a foldable wheel chair, someone to push it, & the individual can sit on the bus & walk short distances on cobble stone. All possible for my dad. However, he has congestive heart failure & cannot walk steep hills. We were not warned about that or supported. The tour guide often LEFT US BEHIND knowing our situation. He did not suggest alternative flatter paths (which we learned does exist- take the left path not right) nor check on us or offer help. It was 95 degrees F too. I would NEVER recommend this guide (Ishmal?). Other tour guides we had elsewhere were so supportive & helpful & guided us to doable paths. Not here
