Looking for the perfect place to stay in Tirana? Here’s my recommendation 🛎 Black Diamond Hotel! Excellent Chalet in the North of Italy 🟠 Are you looking for an excellent location, quiet and remote with beautiful views? Let me recommend you the “Agriturismo Serec” where I had a wonderful 2-night stay. The owner was lovely and a wonderful chef, with food from the local area for every meal (breakfast and dinner made with local, genuine ingredients). My chalet room, as well as the location and the glorious rural view were better than the photos and the outdoor hot tub was great after a day of hiking and walking. 🟠 Special mention should be made of the hosts, Francesca and Giulio. The former spoiled me with handmade goodies, tasty food and treats, the latter helped me selecting the best local red wines. I Highly recommend it and will be returning! 🟠 Agriturismo Serec is located in Angolo Terme, Val Camonica valley. Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme: Una storia che abbraccia secoli ed una missione atta a preservare e promuovere. Dal XIII secolo, il palazzo ha visto evolversi la sua funzione, inizialmente come sede temporanea per il vicario del principe vescovo di Trento, poi trasformato in residenza estiva nel XIV secolo. Attraverso importanti lavori nel XV secolo, l’edificio ha raggiunto le sue dimensioni attuali sotto la guida di Udalrico III di Frundsberg e i successivi sforzi di Bernardo Clesio e Cristoforo Madruzzo. La missione oggi della Magnifica Comunità: preservare e promuovere il ricco patrimonio storico e culturale della Val di Fiemme. Come custodi di questa eredità, i visitatori vengono immersi nelle tradizioni secolari della Valle, con una mostra permanente di opere della Scuola Pittorica di Fiemme nel Palazzo. 🇮🇹Sembra di essere a Matera, ma in realtà ci troviamo a Gravina in Puglia! La città offre un mix affascinante di cultura, civiltà rupestre e storia, che la rendono un luogo unico nel suo genere. Durante il mio tour, sono rimasto stupito dalle molte ricchezze che Gravina ha da offrire: un patrimonio culturale ricco e variegato, la presenza vivida della civiltà rupestre che, nonostante il passare dei secoli, è ancora ben presente, con le sue chiese e i complessi di grotte naturali che ci invitano a esplorarli e ad ammirarli con stupore dall’interno. Questi luoghi fanno rivivere con grande emozione le origini della città di Gravina. 🇺🇸It feels like we’re in Matera, but in reality, we’re in Gravina in Puglia! The city offers a fascinating mix of culture, cave civilization, and history, making it a unique place in its own right. During my tour, I was amazed by the many treasures Gravina has to offer: a rich and diverse cultural heritage, the vivid presence of cave civilization, which, despite the passing centuries, is still very much alive, with its churches and complexes of natural caves inviting us to explore and admire them with awe from the inside. 🇮🇹 Ti sei mai avventurato nell’ignoto pernottando in un motel sperduto nel cuore del deserto? Uno dei mie viaggi mi ha portato a vivere un’esperienza del genere ad Alamo, Nevada, non distante dalla misteriosa Area 51. Precisamente al Motel Alamo INN, situato lungo la 367 US-93, ad Alamo, dove l’atmosfera era sinistra, circondata da ampie distese di desolazione. Non c’era “design ricercato” né decorazioni elaborate; una camera modesta e senza pretese; soltanto un semplice tavolo di legno per due nel cortile, privo di qualsiasi fascino romantico, e tutto sembrava un po’ datato. Ma sai una cosa? Nonostante l’apparenza, inizialmente poco accattivante, l’esperienza è stata tutt’altro che noiosa. C’era un fascino indiscutibile nell’aria, accompagnato dai suoni degli animali selvatici e dal calore e dall’ospitalità dei proprietari. 🇺🇸 Have you ever ventured into the unknown and found yourself at a motel nestled in the heart of nowhere? One of my journeys led me to such an experience in Alamo, NV, not far from the mysterious Area 51. At the Motel Almo INN, tucked away on 367 US-93, Alamo, Nevada, the setting was eerie, surrounded by vast stretches of emptiness. There were no frills or fancy designs; modest and unpretentious room; just a simple wooden table for two in the yard that lacked any romantic allure, and everything felt a bit outdated. But you know what? Despite its initial lack of appeal, the experience was nothing short of captivating.
