I love me. I love my spirit. I love my soul. I love my energy. I love my aura. to say this past weekend was transformational would be an understatement. I was struggling for such a LONG time. everyone knew and tried to help, but I had to dig within to fix what was going on. mental health is SO important. taking care of yourself IS important. i was (and still am) the person who isolates and won’t open up to people. for a moment over the weekend, I opened up to receiving comfort for once. the breakthrough was incredibly hard for me, but I’m learning. to allow yourself to drown in everything that’s happened to you will ruin you. when traditional medicine was failing me, I turned to alternative medicine to help. meditation, sensory deprivation, mindfulness, eating healthy, spending time outdoors, all a conglomerate of what I needed to realize how to fix me. if you are struggling, I believe in you.
