The renowned Picasso at Bellagio is closing in mid-August as Julian Serrano retires. Open since 1998, Serrano has been dedicated to Picasso, working six nights a week. His other Las Vegas restaurants, Lago at Bellagio and Tapas at Aria, will remain open. Stay tuned for updates on what will replace Picasso.
