Alrighty fellow Travel Dons, it's time for another West Coast Journey. In this episode we begin where I left off in my last video. The iconic Santa Monica Pier is a historical part of Santa Monica and Southern California. One of the most visited places in all of Los Angeles. Situated along the Pacific Coast and the end of Old Route 66, this century old pier has an amazing amusement park as well as plenty of shops and entertainment to truly explore. A couple miles South of the Santa Monica Pier is the equally famous Venice Beach Boardwalk. From the sandy beaches, to the Venice Skate Park, to the famous Muscle Beach. This boardwalk has something for everyone. Outside of the iconic pier and boardwalk are some hidden gems. Including the Venice Beach Canals, Plancha Tacos and of course Ye Olde Kings Head Pub.
