Please do yourself a favor and if you are ever in Manarola, Cinque Terre, go have lunch at Trattoria Da Billy. It is one of those places you can only find if you know where to look, I had to ask for directions several times. I was quite upset to realize I had climbed an extra hundred steps for no reason but when we finally found it I knew every step was worth it. Way up at the top of town and tucked away in small lane, it’s considered one of the best restaurants in the Cinque Terre. The breathtaking view doesn’t hurt either. Order the pesto or the frutti di mare and a glass of white wine, sit back and relax.
