Welcome to the newest addition to the JW Marriott portfolio, a state of the art hotel guaranteeing you a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of Kenya's capital. This is the brand JW Marriott Nairobi located inside the Global Trade Center (GTC) in the Westlands part of the city. We went to this hotel and truly wanted to be as critical as possible due to the price point and the prestige that comes with the JW Marriott brand. For those two reasons, this hotel HAD to be immaculate and let us tell you, it was. From the moment you drive in front of the entrance, you know you are entering luxury. From the valet to the reception staff, waiters, managers and everyone else, it takes no time to realize that this hotel offer an extremely elevated level of customer service. In terms of facilities, the JW Marriott Nairobi has a stunning heated pool, sauna and steam room, gym, spa, meeting rooms and a great lounge for Bonvoy members which is completely free to join. In terms of dining, this hotel has six restaurants including Indian cuisine, Asian cuisine, Sport style restaurant, International Buffet, Pool Bar and a Café for beverages and pastries. The room we've stayed in was a "Club level, Club Guest room, 1 King, Limited view" which is basically a standard king room but on a higher Club level floor with access to the member's lounge on the 24th floor that serve snacks and beverages all day with daily happy hours where they have appetizers, dessert and drinks. The lounge itself is worth the upgrade as you will be saving money on food and drinks in addition to have an exclusive space to relax and work. Overall, the JW Marriott Nairobi is, to our opinion, the best chain hotel in Kenya and maybe even the best chain hotel in Africa. WANNA SUPPORT US?
