After leaving our home for the last month in Mueng Chiang Mai, we set off to discover the beautiful rolling hills of Mon Jam, also known as Mon Cham, in the Mae Rim district of the Chiang Mai province. Known for its Instagrammable bubble tents and cozy glamping, Mon Jam is a hidden gem among most tourists in Thailand. Join us on a quick road trip as we explore picturesque cafes, waterfalls, and fields of colorful flowers on the way to this quaint little mountain town. Once we arrive, we chase the sunset and end our evening with mu kratha, a traditional Thai-style BBQ that might be our favorite meal in Southeast Asia. Filmed December 2022.
