We stay in Ambassador Playa 2, and unfortunately won't be back! We booked 4 nights Full Board, during December, while myself and my partner were trying to leave the hotels restaurant at Lunch, we were hassled by a waitress to show her our room card to make sure we were guests at the hotel, despite the card being on display during the lunch service and shown on entrance to the restaurant, when explained, she demanded and wouldn't let us leave the restaurant and boxed us into a corner.
