Great location, comfy beds, helpful staff, bikes to use at no cost.

One lift was not working, then the other stopped so the service elevator was used. Couldn’t get a late night drink.

The pool area is too crammed so that there are usually very few pool chairs available in the sun

Room is clean and comfortable! Location is great! The staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant Sugar Palm is very delicious!

The location is amazing! We loved that the hotel is was dog friendly. They manage this extremely well! The hotel is swanky and an incredible value. Food is delicious. The outside patio area is great, relaxing, and comfortable. The gas fires at night are nice.

The evening service was consistently slow - every night (we stayed 3 nights). The kitchen closes way too early. Our flight was late coming in and we almost missed our window to get dinner. The staff bent over backwards to help us get fed, which was fantastic

Loved the free bike rental and how quiet it was. Loved having a fridge in the room, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were cozy and well designed.

The breakfast was a bit expensive.
