Great location and newly renovated
Very expensive parking and cabana hire
It was a great location for the Santa Monica Pier, just one street away. The room was lovely and the outdoor area had fires which was cosy as the evening was a bit chilly. Also they charged our Tesla overnight which was very helpful and a great added benefit.
I do think it was quite expensive but I understand it is in a good location
Location Room Pool Food
I needed a "business center"-like to have remote meetings. The only one available required extra payment and it was also too expensive.
The property is not bad if you are looking for a four star hotel at best. The check in girl made us feel like we were annoying her… she gave us no details on the hotel until pressured to and even then we were made to feel like we were extremely annoying. Then on checkout there was an extra charge which was definitely not ours it was rather large and they advised that they would just charge us and then when it was convenient to them they would look into it and decide if they would refund… wtf seriously ! I told them I would wait which also seemed to be very annoying to them, and was told that this would take at least half an hour! Imagine how annoying this was for me the customer who had paid up front months before for my stay….! To be fair I wasn’t the only customer in the foyer waiting for resolution on overcharging there was at least three other customers so no wonder it was going to take so long to fix their errors! I will definitely never stay here again!
