The hotel location is perfect and liked the bicycles included in the price it stay.

Swimming pools are way smaller than on the picture. Only one lift .., no possibility to use stairs - we were waiting sometimes like for 10 min in order to go down from 3rd floor ! Always have to ask for water on the reception … room cleaning people don’t refill it..

Well, we booked in at 2pm, we had 1 room with king-size bed, our 2nd room (with 2 queen-size beds) was almost done. So we told at the reception no worries, we going to the city. When we came back, we had no room with 2 queen-size beds, only with one bed and sofa... so i had to sleep on the sofa...I was mad as hell, and no apologies from reception made did damn good! Thou the hotel was quite nice, we won't come back there! the way we were treated was hopeless...

Location is good. Bikes were a great bonus.

No facilities for coffee in room and very expensive coffee available. Not enough water provided in room. Very expensive overall for what is offered.

Could hear everything in the other rooms and hallway - terrible sleep. Electricity kept going off, lights flickering etc.
