It was close to restaurants and places of interest.
The room looks old, bed's headboard looked dirty. Shower was very old, it didn't look clean. Room was dark . Online pictures/reviews don't show the real bad condition of the rooms.
The staff was extremely friendly and the beds were super comfortable.
It was extremely loud and there were so many rowdy people in the lobby it was crazy. They have 5 elevators but only 2 were working and they were so freakin slow. At one point we waited for 15 minutes to get an elevator up to our room, and then at checkout we waited 20 minutes for an elevator as every time one of the two would arrive at our floor it would be full of people with no room available. Absolutely ridiculous how long it took to get an elevator to and from our floor. The stairs can’t be used for anything past the 3rd floor as the stairs only go to that floor and then after that they are only for emergency and the doors have an emergency alarm. Completely unacceptable for them to only have 2 elevators working that were also extremely slow. Waiting for the elevator took so much time it contributed to us not liking our stay. The noise levels were just too much as well I could not stand being in that hotel. We also only had 2 sets of towels in our room when we booked it for 3 people and had 3 people that needed to shower, and we called the front desk to ask for another set of towels and they never showed up. One of us had to use a hand towel for showering because it was all that was there since we never got the other set of towels we asked for. Most certainly will NOT be back to this hotel honestly the stay was just awful.
The hotel is very grand and the room I had was really nice and very comfortable.
The options for parking my car were expensive but I was able to park on the street a couple of blocks away.
Several elevators were not operable and stairs are unavailable for use. AC was marginal as the room never really got cool enough. Staff at desk were present not inviting.
Location…rooms were great and clean
