Best Western Plus West Edmonton

Breakfast was good. Convenient to highway and to West Edmonton Mall.

Dogs barking all evening. Kids screaming and crying in the hallways until after 11. Someone had their bikes stolen off their truck in the night. The cut locks were still on the driveway when we left. We reported it to the front desk but I don't know if they ever called the guest or left it as a surprise...

Breakfast was ok but everyday was the same, room was good, bed was comfortable.

We didn’t like cleaning arrangements. The cleaning should be every other day.

Good location.

Policies that don’t consider families or kids. Like charging you for a stained hand towel/pool towel. Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days. You have to request for your room to be cleaned sooner. AC was not working on the first night.

The room was clean and organized, they left a rubber duck for my daughter, she enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was good, and location was very convenient.

Just for the breakfast, it would be nice to include some more fruits.

The wifi was no good. The people reving their engines outside at 6:00 amand the people screaming were not a great thing to be woken up from. Your breakfast should be available from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. Check out should automatically be 12:00 noon.
