The location and the decoration of the resort
Nothing major. The rooms were a little smaller than the photos made out. Daily service did not pick up my laundry order.
Beautiful facility, fantastic location. Walking distance to the Southernmost point. Great restaurant on the beach.
Smart TV was not Smart. No streaming, if you want to watch a late movie it would have to be 30 years old. Parking was expensive.

A mile trek to anything worthwhile on Duval St. Ants in bathroom - started on sink and after treatment they moved to shower. Room floors were not thoroughly cleaned. This was far from a 4/5 star resort in my estimation.
