Sirenian Bay Resort -Villas & All Inclusive Bungalows

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel important and a priority. A no hassle quick pickup from the airport when we arrived an hour earlier than expected; a welcome sign at the front gate; welcome drinks at the bar; luggage brought to our room without having to ask; and every single staff always smiling every single day. All of the food was amazing and had us singing praise each and every meal! The bungalow was clean, perfect temperature, and comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower! The concierge service is better than any I have ever seen at a resort. You can ask ANY staff to book you a tour, a restaurant reservation, transportation...anything, and they will get it done. We even told the nighttime security guard that the hot tub was too cold, and he connected with the right people to turn it up for us! We could not believe how great the price to stay here is, as well as the affordable prices for all the amenities like private dinners and spa. One of the best resorts we have ever stayed at!

Literally nothing was wrong or bad!

We loved how friendly everyone was from the servers in the restaurants to the front desk. The pool was lovely and the rooms were spacious. The mini golf and martini bar were awesome.

It was sometimes confusing to figure out where/when meals were located. For example, breakfast was being offered by the beach but we didnt know what time. The beach grill had a menu online but was only serving one meal throughout the day.

We really liked everything. Especially how quiet it was. No fighting for chairs or having to make dinner reservations. Not crowded at all. The entire staff was amazing. Super friendly and always made sure we were taken care of.

It was rainy season so the beach water was not perfectly clear but they did a good job of clearing any seaweed.
