Lovely blend of old and modern in a fabulous location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Fantastic staff ; ladies in reception and at breakfast absolutely fantastic ! Location super - except noisy neighbour bar - BUT that we knew and it is so many + points that it is ok. Noisy neighbour bar - BUT once you close your patio door - super quiet !
Fantastic location near to all the tapas bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with good serving hours.
We booked a superior double room with a terrace. When we arrived this was not what had been allocated. The room whilst large had no terrace and no windows that you could see out of. When we requested a move it was explained that booking.com had not specified a balcony or terrace, there were no alternative rooms available on that evening. The next day we spoke to the manager and he found us an alternative. This room did have a terrace and was comfortable but quite small and the bathroom arrangement behind a curtain, was a little odd. This room was expensive even for a city so we would have expected more. Whilst this hotel is well worth a visit, future customers need to be very careful when selecting a room and specify exactly, what they want.
Central location, big clean room, very good breakfast
The next door bar/restaurant was very loud, and played exactly the same corny music tracks at the same time every night which got a bit wearing.
Location
One staff member at breakfast. Could not manage. Reception area cramped space
