It was clean and comfortable

The parking was difficult . I had a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom and we had 4 cars to park and only had parking for 2 cars! The tv didnt work in the 3 bedroom ( grand final night no tv) and the pool was closed!

Overall quite disappointed considering it was very expensive.

Location was good, fairly close to everything that we needed. Especially liked how close to Coles. Staff were very friendly.

This was very expensive for what you get. Basic kitchen was fine. Beds were pretty comfy. However, the security in the room was poor..window screens popped out (dangerous for kids), no locks on balcony sliding screens. The apartment also didn't feel clean. One of the pools and gym were out of order, which we were unaware of. Car park is a bit of a maze at first.

Our stay was ok, good location.

Location was good especially with Coles located nearby. Security was good. Friendly staff.

Booked a studio room with washing machine and kitchen but was given a motel room. Strange smell in room, got some air freshener and it subsided.

Great location but average building

Great location. Indoor pool was great for afternoon swim

Outdoor pool/bbq & gym all closed. Threadbare carpet. Broken soap dish. Dishwasher needs a service- had broken glass all through it

Great stay, clean and very comfy.

Very comfy bed, friendly staff, good location, clean.

Hard to find,had to drive around the block 3 times to figure out where to park.hard to find entry to property once we were parked.

Close to shops and food outlets. Clean. Bed relatively comfortable. Secure. Thank you for the BBC. At least we could watch reasonably well presented news.

Room very small. It was advertised as having a balcony, but it didn't. There was a single small window that could be partially opened. Aircon in room corner, blowing on the bed all night, but too hot if switched off. Shower took 2 mins to warm up. And.. staff were the first to disappear when the nearby Coles bakery set off the smoke alarm and we had to evacuate. Car park at the end of the world, with very few spaces for the hotel guests. I think we reached the core of Mother Earth before we were able to get a spot. And then the long treck with luggage to the lift, because there is no where to stop, off load, and then park. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Doors to rooms and corridors are very heavy and difficult to push open. Noisy (Mater Hospital nearby, and the Gabba Grounds).
