2 Single Beds
1 room
754 sq feet
Only restaurant staff and service
Terrible housekeeping, 3 small elevators for huge building and to go in on out you have to wait more than 15 minutes during morning hours. Long lines to check in and out, limited space near the swimming pool, etc
Location is great, the staff very helpfull and nice.
very long queues to enter the restaurant
Breakfast
The rooms are old, especially bathrooms have an unbearable smell
There were many options for breakfast, not all of them perfect, but I understand that serving so many guests can be a challenge. All in all, a pretty good breakfast and sweets with a nice view. I also enjoyed the pool area and the staff were great.
I think I got one of the worst rooms, maybe because I booked through booking.com, the mountain view was more of a car park view, anyone from the road could see into the room and with the curtains closed it was too dark... For this price you would expect a room with peeling paint, questionable stains on the furniture and working light bulbs. The rooms are a bit dated, but I wouldn't mind if they were in good condition.
the hospitality overall. very professional yet very considerate giving enough space/privacy .. even prepared a champagne for my birthday in the room.. it was really touching
nothing.
Location is superb, the service is excellent, the views from the 16th floor mesmerising!
The hotel needs a refurbishment asap!
