It is a standard hotel. Nothing special. Views are limited by massive AC systems and long garage roofs on the bay side and not much to see city side. The rooms were clean enough. Much used hotel.
Price was outrageous. Over $400 a night for a normal room. We didn't have much choice so we booked it but not worth the money.
Loved the check-in process. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations. The room was exactly as advertised and very comfortable.
It was unfair to charge us $20/night for parking when we are already guests of the hotel. Parking for guests should absolutely be complimentary.
Great Location
Only problem was that it was under construction.
It is a big hotel with a great location right next to the Portland Museum of Art. My room was on the top floor and it had a magnificent view of the port area. Parking in the hotel is also very easy,
Breakfast was acceptable, and the hotel was under renovation so it was a bit messy in the lobby.
Easy access to water front and downtown areas.
