Very friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception. Were very helpful in booking tours.

No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom does not have counter or cabinet.

Leaking shower on first visit. Difficult to open & shut shower recess door.

Booked a family room and the size of the room was huge! There were in fact two rooms with one double and two twins and a door in between. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good value for money with a great and varied selection.

Rooms are a bit tired looking and could do with some decor change. Car park in front of the hotel is very expensive and not free for hotel guests. We moved our car straight after check-in to on street (paid) parking.

The staff were amazing at helping us check in early after a long flight. They also assisted in obtaining tickets to the Iceland vs Luxembourg football match. Breakfast each day was very tasty. We chose this hotel because of its location near the harbor, many restaurants and shopping.

The lighting in the room was very dim.

Good location, good choice for breakfast. close to sun voyager . We get to see Aurora from hotel balcony!

The comfortable common space between the two bedrooms with enough room for four adults in a family suite.

The very bright flashing light in both bedrooms from the smoke alarm, I believe, was unpleasant while trying to sleep. Especially for the adult sleeping in the top bunk bed.
