Good room size in junior suite

No coffee available until 8am would be simpler to have a kettle in the room as I needed to leave before 8am First time ever not had a coffee before leaving hotel

Staff, wi-fi was horrible and the movement of furniture so early in the morning that was not letting you sleep

Persistent loss of internet connectivity

Room was spacious and clean, air con good, balcony good (but location poor eg no sun) Bedroom contained and quiet. Regularly serviced minibar. Good value for size of room.

It wasn't clear that the minibar was extra to the room fee. It was not clear where the restaurant was and when open. Bar never seemed to be manned. Got charged for a colleagues breakfast when I didn't have any. Reception samll and always busy full of coaches. No gym or leisure facilities. Not close to any local shops or restaurants within walking distance.

The size of the room, the free parking, the very nice breakfast

The location, relatively far from Madrid center city, and close to the highway but no noise so far. Breakfast opening at 8AM on the Saturday morning, not a good call as we had to leave early

Big rooms and free parking

Noisy rooms, no soundproofing. Cigarette smoke came from the balconies into the room. Hard beds and pillows, and little smelly rooms.
