The location was close to Foothills Hospital and was easy to access from 16th.
The beds were very hard. The room where they serve the continental breakfast is very small, so when it's close to full you feel crammed into the room making it hard to get around. Their staff was off somewhere else and not restocking the items as needed. The waffle iron was working, but they had no batter. I saw several people walk in and see there was limited items and turn around to leave. The lighting was very dim as well. There was someone across the hall that sounded like they had several people coming and going and you could hear all activity from the hall.
Not much it was ok Dirty hallways Looked old and grungy
Lack of transparency with pet policy
the TV didnt work first night and had it fixed 12 hours later NO DISCOUNT on room
Location, staff, breakfast were up to standard.
Our room was next to the laundry so it was very noisy. Dogs barking at night.
Too much noise from barking dogs. Who lets pets into a hotel. As well as noisier patrons coming and going. Maybe need more sound proofing in the walls!
Continental breakfast was horrible
