Cleanses
Nothing
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. I had expected a level of quality and service commensurate with the price point at which your hotel is marketed, but unfortunately, several aspects fell short of my expectations. Facilities: The amenities offered were less impressive than I had anticipated, leaving room for improvement in order to meet industry standards. Staff Availability: I frequently found that staff members were preoccupied with personal mobile phone activity, which led to delays and impacted the level of service I received. Room Condition: The room provided was noticeably smaller than depicted in promotional images. Additionally, the cleanliness of the floor was subpar, and the air conditioning unit emitted disruptive noise levels, hindering my overall comfort during my stay. Dining Experience: The food served did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. This was an area where I had hoped for a much better experience, considering the price of the stay. Recreational Options: Lastly, the hotel lacked engaging activities or features, leading to an uneventful experience. Given these issues, I find it difficult to categorize the establishment as anything beyond a one-star hotel or a motel. I urge you to consider these points as constructive feedback for the betterment of your services.
