Scandic Grand Central Helsinki

Its location

The room was very small. We booked a de luxe queen and the size suggested this was a basic room. The description of de luxe was misleading. Approaching with suitcases was difficult

Perfect location close to the central railway station.

The soundproofing wasn't very good, the hallway was quite noisy.

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff, great rooms with comfortable beds and by far one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had. I highly recommend this Hotel if you are coming to Helsinki

Good quality hotel with lovely spacious rooms. The location next to the railway station.

Breakfast finishes early (at 9:30) on weekdays (at least if you are on holidays in Helsinki). At 9:25 the staff were already busy to take away the food from the breakfast buffet tables but not so busy to collect the used plates, so there were dirty plates on every table.

The bed was extra comfortable. I really liked the room and the decor. Everyone was friendly and the check-out was super easy to do. I had a great stay!
