Staff was helpful and the property is really clean & peaceful
Very very helpful and service minded personal. Good breakfast buffet. Nice surroundings and very green and beautiful. The pool was clean.
It needed a little paint and renovation.
We loved it! The stuff was so kind and nice and willing to help! Room was perfectly clean and swimming pool was wonderful, water inside was amazing, total privacy!! Well recommend it 100% and totally going back again!!
Hotel itself is beautiful, nice surroundings: lake, pool, main lobby, soda bar etc. Rooms are really nice, spacious bathroom , Philips hairdryer(2100w)(info for girls).
One main thing that we didnt like was moldy smell in the room at first when we entered. Very strong, with AC pumping and being in a room for a while, you get used to it and its seems alright. But just heads up for people with allergies.
We got an upgrade with our stay to a private Villa and we cannot express how lovely they are! Each Villa has its own little pool. We have to give a shout-out to Nine who is a staff member that was extremely helpful during our stay. answered questions, helped us find things around, kept our ice bucket full, etc. the whole staff was amazing.
Beach access is a bit of a trek. would be good if they had shuttles to the beach.
