ADERO Scottsdale Resort Autograph Collection

The hotel is beautiful, but the most memorable was the Chilean Seabass delicious best hotel service. Best stay in a long time.

Beautifully designed and decorated - well maintained.

The entrance is not clearly marked or visible. When we arrived it looked like the entrance was a service entrance as there was a truck parked there.

Location, amenities, restaurant had great food.

Beautiful mountain resort with breathtaking views. The staff was very attentive to any needs or requests - when my flight was delayed, the staff went out of the way to accommodate me. 4 stars!!!

It is about a 30 minute drive into Scottsdale or phoenix

Reception staff are excellent, restaurant welcoming staff also very good. Room views are the best ever. Dining and drinks are very expensive. Most staff are very good, than as stated above (who were excellent), but there are clearly some staffing issues.

Very poor coffee making facilties within rooms. First noght room was very noisy and had to be moved, but was very well handld by staff and management. Food and beverages very expensive. Juice/ coffee bar very poor - unacceptable really, lets the whole resort down.
