Service in the restaurant was poor.
Beautiful facilities and great staff- up on a hill with wonderful views.
The resort fees surprised me. $39 which adds a lot to the room charge. Our car broke down and being up on a hill became expensive with Ubers.

Amenities, staff were excellent
The restaurant was unfortunately understaffed and we had poor dining experience. The poolside service was excellent but food quality from menu was poor. The food and service from the downstairs canteen was good.
Good for the price and a tranquil stay. Pool facilities are very nice and family friendly. And restaurant has good breakfast and dinner. Very nice views from the restaurant.
They did not honor my pool view when booking.
The location and facility were beautiful, rooms very clean, beds comfortable, room cleaning service super friendly and accommodating, there is a little coffee shop on site that had great coffee and light snacks/wraps, and all the staff were amazing, all incredibly friendly and helpful. The first day we went to the pool mid/late afternoon and did not realize that pool service for drinks/snacks closed at 2:00 pm, Steven who was covering the pool service that day offered to help us as he was wrapping up his shift, he continued to help us with our drinks and snacks until we left the pool area. Steven was kind, service focused, friendly and offered great snack recommendations, he personally made our time that day at the pool very "resort" focused. Thank you, Steven!
The hours for both the day and evening food and drinks amenities did not work well for us. The onsite restaurant and bar closed at 10:00 pm, the little coffee shop offering refreshments closed at 2:00 pm, and the food/drink pool service closed at 2:00 pm. Sounds like a minor dislike, but it will prevent us from returning. As a resort destination, such day amenities should be open to the guests beyond 2:00 pm and the bar at the restaurant should be open until 11:00 pm. We noticed during peak day hours that outside trash receptacles overflowing and no place to dispose of items, this was not every day, but more than a few times during our stay. The staff person at the Spa desk, was very curt and appeared to be annoyed, so I opted not to use the service. However, please note, this was the only staff experience like this, ALL other staff had been wonderful.
Pristine and amenities
Room was on side closest to Highway which heard tractor trailers during the night
