Choose any other hotel, seriously…

We expected a quality hotel with adequate service and got nothing…terrible hotel overall…

To clean the room we asked several times, one day it was cleaned after asking, the next day it was not even when asked…we were 2 adults and 2 kids, the room had everything just for 2 as if kids are pets - no towels and another things for them… the booking indicated two complimentary breakfasts that were never offered…
