The location was beautiful.

Not as kid friendly as we would have liked.

There arent a lot of food options in the bar. Not all the time the hotel have 2 masseuse for couple massage There isnt a room service

Bad communication at front desk - when we just checked in, shampoo and body wash at hotel room was empty. next morning I requested to refill shampoo and body wash and they said they will refill during cleaning, but it was still empty in the evening when I came back. And also, I realized that they ignored my message in January. I knew that they make a small event in the room if the guest notify that it is a honeymoon trip, but the front desk lady did not even know about my message. Bad reservation system - I had reserved this hotel in last October, but they gave me the lowest floor room which a large tree is totally blocking the view. Front dest lady told me higher floor is already all booked. I actually sent a message in last October to give me higher floor cuz it is my honeymoon trip. They totally ignored my request and dissatisfied our trip.
