Radisson turned into Faulty Towers!

Room was comfortable and clean. I have stayed here before and room was just as usual, except the mini-bar was empty.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and should NOT be open to guests. Especially not without alerting guests to that it is a building site, not a hotel. The temporary reception was 3rd world standard. Dining room awful. The bar was "out of tap beer". In HAMBURG!! Breakfast had poor choice and quality and was interrupted by building workers and ditto noices. Large parts of the hotel common areas are covered in plastic sheets. Don't go there before renovation is done! Alert guests that it is a BUILDING SITE, not a hotel!

The location is unbeatable - literally across the street from terminals. Room is comfortable and clean. This hotel clearly lives off the location.

I arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight and there was a queue at check-in. I was forced to use the self-check-in - why there’s no online pre-check-in escapes me . A message to the hotel prior to the stay remained unanswered for a whole day.

Room was clean and spacious. Super close to airport. Hotel lacked some heart and Seoul.

Check-in took more than 30min and was very chaotic. Hotel seemed fatigued as well.
