Some of the staff was very nice and I enjoyed that room service cleaned each day when we turned the green light on. They even organized shoes, makeup etc

The price was insane for what was offered. I was very unimpressed with the food. The rates for excursions were way overpriced and so was the gift shop. 17$ USD for a single bag of chips is insane. There was a cockroach in our shower and a hole in the ceiling they were coming through. Our friends got married, it rained and the groom tipped 15$ for someone to grab umbrellas for the guests to walk to the other ceremony site. We asked where they were 20 min later and they said thats all we have sorry. It definitely was not all they had.

Horrible food. Made us very sick. They serve the same horrible microwave food at all of the restaurants and room service. Shoes and collared shirt must be worn by men everywhere, even at the poolside places. We would have loved to relax with a drink in our room instead except its only beer and wine allowed in the rooms?? The only edible items you had to pay for in the convenience store and Doritos were $17 a bag. The pool closes at 8. The minibar is only sprite and coke, no snacks. You are a 25 minute can ride away from any other options for anything. Everything is plastic and vinyl and cheap. The drinks are just sugar syrups with no real fruit anywhere. It was miserable. Go anywhere else. They will also aggressively try to get you to a 5 hour timeshare meeting !!!

You could see the ocean

Lovely staff. Food at Maris, Oceana, Portofino and Himitsu was great! Definitely would go every day to Oceana and Maris for breakfast (photos). Spa has great clean facilities, well equipped gym. Room was clean and toiletries provided. The app they have is great, lots of information on it and also other resorts! The rooms standard makes you feel special and well looked after by housekeeping.

VIP services (Oscar) really let us down. We had pre booked (before arrival) a romantic meal by the beach, upon arrival we confirmed with Oscar this was all set up, when it came to the day we went to the preferred club lobby and surprise there was no booking for us in the system! We tried rescheduling to another evening but it rained for 3 days so this was unsuccessful. If you want to book the romantic meal just book straight in the lobby and confirm its in the system. We had email confirmation but clearly this wasnt real Also we asked Oscar if we could book more activities to which he told us to speak to the other people in the lobby so I dont see the purpose of VIP services at this point in time. He also informed us we could get a discount at the spa if we sat for a 30 mins talk with their sales guy, we agreed. It ended up being 90 mins and the sales person wanted to go for breakfast with us and it was to join their time share programme for 11 thousand dollars. Dont waste your time. The room service staff ALWAYS knocked on the door to get a tip even though we had the do not disturb sign up and left a note stating to leave the food in the pass through. The app is great as stated but the room key being in your phone wasnt so greatI wouldnt usually take my phone out to go to the pool but I had no option. Also a lot of requests wouldnt work on the phone app so had to use the tablet in the room. AC stopped working but as we had only 2 days left we didnt bother them. When we went to Dreams side to try the food and water park, water park was closed and we found 3 live cockroaches one being in the lazy river. In general we felt there were lots of little things which could be improved on, specially with the extra options and restaurants.

There is no need to book in any restaurant very exclusive
