The hotel was amazing! The location was amazing right across from Trump's hotel which was huge! Our room was the best and the chocolate pastries for breakfast every morning with coffee. Chicago was a lot of fun!
The gentelman who was the guest service manager is the absolute best! For a very high end hotel everyone was super nice!
The room was beautiful.
Our view was of the parking lot of the building across the street. The front desk was understaffed at check-in, our welcome tv screen only reflected our last name, evenings turn down was for a single person and I was celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary with my husband. The noise level from the wedding party (below our room)was unbelievably loud, vibration of the walls and floor bounced from the music, our windows actually raddled!!! I contacted the front desk questioning the location of my room and the disturbance, and I was informed there was a wedding and I could get a white noise machine ( which was ridicules! I question if I could hear a machine over the music) the front desk stated the celebration would continue until 1 am. The front desk had no other rooms to move us too so we decided to check out and drive home ( we live 30 miles outside of Chicago) when we went to the front desk to inform the manager, Robert, that we were leaving and he informed us that Dana would be calling us to make things right and it has been 5 days and we have not been contacted by Dana or anyone from the property. I was really hoping Dana would have contacted us and I could tell you things were corrected … but here we are. I truly believe the wedding was a bigger money maker and my celebration was not important enough. I truly believe we were not the only guest on Saturday evening that was deeply disappointed.
The location has a wonderful view. Room is very clean and good lighting. Breakfast was good enough.
Some hotels give small bars of chocolate every evening. Just one or two small ones. If that can be added to your service.
Everything was great! Especially the staff was kind and attentive!
Great central location, extremely large room and very comfortable bed. The fourth floor pool is lovely.
We weren’t very impressed with the one dinner we had there.
