Property was comfortable, you can tell it is an older property that has been renovated. My only complaint was that the door to the bathroom had a massive gap and did not close properly, so it left little privacy for myself and my partner when using the toilet (we’re not really the type to go in front of each other!). Property was surprisingly quiet given central location.
Stylish hotel, with nice and comfortable rooms, convenient central location, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
Friendly, polite and professional staff-made us feel welcome. Easy and early check in which was convenient for us. Comfy bed! Lovely facilities. Great location for spending time on the viaduct.
Slightly difficult for us to find initially. Have no complaints about anything.
It's like you have entered a jewelry box when the door to your room opens and you now are the centerpiece gem in the collection. And you are treated as such when the concierge arrives to take you to the Jacuzzi for your appointed reservation, and gives you the sense that the time for your relaxation is the most important thing they can do for you. The food is a work of art fitting with the hotel's theme. And the live music on a Friday night by the guitarist from Brazil just sets the dining experience up a notch.
Super location Room 709 quite small with opaque door to bathroom no sound proofing and big gaps to see through!!! My friends room was amazing
Room was large clean and the bed fantastic
Breakfast was poor Warm buffet stewing away You are a five star hotel offer a full breakfast menu cooked to order — a must for a top hotel
