Great location, the room was really nice. We were given a room upgrade. Was a bit disappointed we ended up with a Queen bed as opposed to a King but the bed was really comfortable so didn't matter too much.

We were only given 2x coffee pods and 1 was decaf. Not a huge issue but it did mean one of us had to wait until we headed out for brunch to get our caffeine fix.

Location and bed comfort were good. This was about it for the positives of this accomodation.

The service was horrific, we arrived and there was no working air conditioning. This had clearly been an issue from before we arrived but the staff tried to pass it off as being "sudden". I asked for a refund as there was minimal help from staff or want on their part to remedy the situation. As soon as I said "refund" and that we were going to go to another hotel, a whole bunch of rooms suddenly appeared. Magical really... Room we got had black mould in it but at least had an air conditioner working. Can't win them all. For $440 dollars a night everything about this hotel was below par. Have a read of the google reviews before you book... and filter for the last few months.

Bed was amazing. Lovely luxurious room.

Wait time in restaurant for breakfast was too long.
