I really loved the aesthetics, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and massage facilities.
The hotel was a bit tricky to find, and I wasn’t sure where to park at first. However, when I called, the receptionist was very helpful and guided us through it.
Location and friendly staff
Hold on card took over a week to come off.
Lovely furnishings in the room, it was beautiful
Fable beds are some of them ost comfortable hotel beds I sleep in. Their mattress toppers are phenomenal
We were on the top floor and not accessible by lift. Had to take two flights of stairs which was not ideal after recent surgery. The maintenance on our room was disappointing. The electrical socket out in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. The doorstop on the back of the door had been moved but the original fixing point had not been made good to match the door. The one small window in the room looked as if there was black mould coming through the wallpaper and finally half of the led downlights were not working.
